"Nanairo no Ashita ~brand new beat~ / Your Color" is BoA's 19th Japanese solo single and her 5th double A-side single. It is her first single to be made available in both CD and in CD+DVD formats. Nanairo no Ashita ~brand new beat~ is an upbeat song while Your Color is a ballad, similar to her last single, Everlasting. This single features two covers, one for Nanairo no Ashita ~brand new beat~" and one for Your Color.

Overview
Although Nanairo no Ashita ~brand new beat~ / Your Color wasn't considered a huge hit, its first week sales were the highest BoA had achieved since March 2005's Do the Motion. Moreover, the long chart life which the single was able to achieve allowed it to become her 8th highest selling single to date. This single debuted at #1 on its first day, but wasn't able to get #1 on the weekly charts. Instead, it ended up being #3. On iTunes, Nanairo no Ashita ~brand new beat~ peaked at #1 while Your Color peaked at #4- the whole single peaked at #1 as well.Commercial endorsements
