Natalie Dee, a resident of Columbus, Ohio, publishes a webcomic, natalie dee: huffing it up, every weekday., and for a time also wrote a weekly advice column titled "Ask Natalie," which ran in the Columbus Alive from July 2005-January 2006. She also sells paintings on her website and operates a distribution company called Sharing Machine. Natalie's husband, Drew, publishes a webcomic called toothpaste for dinner. Together, the two maintain a collaborative comic, Married to the Sea.
Natalie Dee is a pseudonym for the author. She is a freelance artist-writer.
Natalie has two pug dogs, Charles and Chester, who appear in their own [diaryland journal].

While natalie dee: huffing it up, every weekday. does not feature cohesive plot lines, there are many recurring themes, including cats, bears, boats, buckets, dogs, fashion, hamsters, hot dogs, making fun of her husband, snakes, things saying "no," unicorns, Dinosaur Vice Principal and vocations Natalie envisions herself having one day. She also cites herself as being a bit preoccupied with phallic symbols, hence the recurrence of hotdogs and snakes in her comics, as well as innumerable drawings of animals with erections.Politics
For the 2004 election, Drew of toothpaste for dinner, co-organized with Natalie Dee an Internet contest called Get Off The Internet And Vote that encouraged people to vote on Election Day 2004. The contest was sponsored by Guster, Kompressor, and White Ninja Comics, among others.
