The Natter launchpads Kirchheim/Teck are three launching pads for Ba 349 Natter rocket planes in the Hasenholz forest at Kirchheim unter Teck. From these launchpads Bachem Ba 349 rockets were supposed to be launched in 1945 to defend German airspace, but due to a lack of development time and resources, no launches ever took place at Kirchheim unter Teck. The three launchpads are arranged in the shape of a equal-leg-right-angled triangle, whose sides point toward the east and the south. The launchpads are approx. 50 meters apart. From all three pads the circular concrete plate on which the Natter and the launching tower stood still exist. In the center of the concrete plates there is nowadays a square hole approx. 50 centimeters (20 inches) deep. Close to this, there is a pipe split cut directly over the ground. The Natter launchpads Kirchheim/Teck might be the only remnants of rocket launching pads on terrain accessible without restrictions in Baden-Württemberg, as the Natter test site on the Heuberg at Stetten am kalten Markt is an active troop exercise area and therefore closed for the public).
