Neos is a scheduled and charter passenger airline based in Milan in Italy. Its main base is Malpensa International Airport, Milan, with hubs at Bologna Airport (BLQ) and Villafranca International Airport (VRN), Verona.

History
Neos was established on 22 June 2001 and started operations on 8 March 2002. It was started as a joint venture between Alpitour parent firm Finanziaria di Partecipazioni (IFIL), which is controlled by the Agnelli Group and the German tour operator, TUI. Since January 2004, Neos has been controlled by Alpitour (99.99%) and Welcome Travel Group (0.01%). It has 198 employees.

It operates short, medium and long-haul leisure flights in southern Europe, Caribbean, Russia, Africa, Middle East and Far East.
