Nepenthes hirsuta

Nepenthes hirsuta (Latin: hirsutus = hairy, bristly) is a lowland Nepenthes species characterised by an indumentum of thick brown hairs. Even the inflorescences have this covering. Pitchers are mostly green throughout with some having red blotches on the inside surfaces. N. hirsuta is most closely related to the little known N. hispida.
