Never Mind is a book written by Avi. It follows Megan and Edward, two twins who are completely different.

Meg

Meg is the girl who hates her brother. Duh. So, she wants to stay away from him until she tells a lie to her friends that he is "Ted", the hottest and coolest guy ever, who sings in the band, Never Mind.

Edward

"Ted" hates his sister and is more the skateboarder-type guy. He aspires to be something great but isn't. He first hears about Ted by tapping one of his sister's phone calls to a friend by picking up the phone and listening. The band is invited to a party, and play baaaaad... Not "good" bad, just bad. But everybody loved it anyway, and it brought Meg and Edward closer together.
