New East Prussia (Neu-Ostpreussen in German) was a province of the Kingdom of Prussia from 1795 to 1807. It was created after the third partition of Poland. The main city was Warsaw and in 1806 it had 914,610 inhabitants with a territorial area of less than 55,000 km².

The province ceased to exist when Napoleon took it in 1807, and the territory became a part of the Duchy of Warsaw, except the Białystok district which was ceded to the Russian Empire.

In 1806 the New East Prussia had two districts (departments):
