New York Thrash Metal

New York Thrash Metal, sometimes called "East Coast thrash" was an underground thrash metal music movement beginning in the early 1980's. Often compared to the Bay area thrash movement of the same era, the New York thrash movement included influences such as Hardcore punk, another underground music movement of the region.
