New York Water Taxi is a water taxi service operating in New York City and New Jersey, offering commuter and sightseeing service to points in New York Harbor, along the Hudson River and East River.

- *Hunters Point in Long Island City, site of Water Taxi Beach, a temporary beach operated suring the summer on an East River wharf
- New Jersey
- *Paulus Hook in Jersey City
During the summer, hop-on service is available, with a Hop On/Hop Off pass offering two days of unlimited travel for $20.
New York Water Taxi offers hour long audio guided tours, sunset cruises and ecotours out of the South Street Seaport.
Entrepreneur Tom Fox is the company's CEO.
