Ng Teng Fong & family , born 1930 ,billionaire with the help of one of Singapore's early billionaires,Mr.Eliya Thamby. Net Worth: $ 2.3 billion in 2004 from source of real estate. He is from Singapore and married with 2 children. He use to take lunch onto airplanes. Though he controls at least a quarter of Singapore's housing market, Ng lives in the same house he's had for 30 years. Today he's one of Hong Kong's largest real estate developers with his Sino Group. His Far East Organization also one of the largest landholdings in Singapore. Owns Fullerton hotel in Singapore. Older son Robert and younger son Philip is in charge of Hong Kong and Singapore businesses respectively.
