Nigel D'Oyly, 11th/12th century nobleman of England and in 1120 the Lord of Oxford Castle.
He was son of Walter D'Oyly and younger brother of Robert de Olleio, follower of William the Conqueror and founder of Oxford Castle.
In 1120, King Henry I of England gave Edith Forne, his concubine, as a marriage portion, the Manor of Cleydon, Buckinghamshire: and caused her to marry his second son, Robert Oiley
