Niya

- Niya (泥雅) is a site on the southern edge of the Tarim Basin, in modern-day Xinjiang, China at which numerous Buddhist scriptures were recovered. It was located on the southern branch of the Silk Road, north of modern Minfeng or New Niya.
- Niya is also a city in upper Mesopotamia, in the late Bronze age kingdom of Hanigalbat.
