Sir Noël Vansittart Bowater, 2nd Baronet GBE KStJ (25 December 1892–22 January 1984) was Lord Mayor of London from 1953 to 1954.
Bowater was the son of (later Sir) Frank Henry Bowater and his wife Ethel Anita née Fryar. He was educated at Rugby and later fought in the First World War. After the war, he was awarded various honours from foreign countries.
On 1 February 1921, he married Constance Bett and they had three children, Anne Patricia (b. 3 July 1925), Jane Gillian (b. 10 April 1930) and Euan David Vansittart (b. 9 September 1935).
In 1947, he inherited his father's baronetcy and was elected Lord Mayor of London in 1953. Upon his retirement a year later, he became Master of the Worshipful Company of Vintners and was knighted.
