North Terrace is a street in Adelaide, the capital city of South Australia. It runs east-to-west, and is the northernmost street in the grid of the city's central business district.

- Adelaide Convention Centre partly above the railway tracks
- Adelaide Railway Station
- Adelaide Casino (inside the historic station building)
- The Hyatt Hotel above the railway station tracks
- Old Parliament House - the original building for use by Parliament
- Parliament House
- Government House, the official residence of the Governor of South Australia
- State Library of South Australia
- South Australian Museum
- South Australian Art Gallery
- University of Adelaide
- University of South Australia - City East Campus
- Royal Adelaide Hospital
- Adelaide Botanic Gardens
The southern side of the street includes the large new City West campus of the University of South Australia, part of the Rundle Mall shopping precinct, and some of the commercial buildings of the city.
