The Northridge Fashion Center, known locally as the Northridge Mall, is located at 9301 Tampa Avenue, Northridge, California, USA. It serves the San Fernando Valley and some surrounding areas. The mall has two levels and is enclosed. It is considered to be a super-regional mall. It is owned by General Growth Properties.
The shopping center opened in 1971. It has expanded and renovated several times, including in 1989, 1995 (after the Northridge earthquake), and in 1998. The current total gross leasable area is 1,449,463 square feet (135,000 m²). The center currently has 170 retail stores and around 7,000 parking spaces. California Pizza Kitchen, locally known as CPK, was recently renovated and is now a popular eatery, especially for Northridge young people.
