Nosbonsing & Npissing Railway

This railway was constructed by Ottawa lumberman John Rudolphus Booth in 1884, although Ontario charter dates from March 1886, after a land claim despute by Northern & Pacific Junction Railway (resolved only after Booth provided a diamond to allow that railway to cross his. Railway abandoned in 1912. Charter remained effective for operation of Booth logging railway at Egan Estate, near Madawaska, Ontario.
