Novak (band)

Novak were an eclectic seven-piece band from Birmingham, England from 1995 to 1999. They were notable for their controlled use of unconventional instruments. They were named after the actress Kim Novak.
The line-up was David Gerrard (keyboards, percussion), Jeremy Hepburn (guitar), Kirsten Morley (bass), Philip Robinson (drums), Jane Smith (guitar), Tamsin Snell (flute, harmonica) and Adele Williams (vocals, glockenspiel).
Novak have been cited as a major influence by Misty's Big Adventure.
