Encyclopedia : N : NO : NOV : Novakeo

Novakeo is the ‘nom de plume’ for Novak Radovanovic who is a paleoconservative writer and political commentator. He currently is the editor for the web site Novakeo.com. He resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Background

As an internet writer, Novakeo became a leading voice on the internet against the neoconservative wing of the Republican Party. Novakeo’s columns tend to be argumentative and accusatory, especially when he directs his attention towards the neoconsevatives and fundamental Christians which he has defined as the un-holy alliance in American politics. Novakeo also espouses the political concepts of secession, and political decentralization. Novakeo’s articles are regularly published on Novakeo.com, Ether Zone, Breaking All The Rules, and the Old Right.

Novakeo.com

Novakeo is currently involved with his web site which has grown in popularity over the two years that it has been online. Novakeo.com’s main theme is anti-state and anti-war. Novakeo set up his web site to “work for the cause of truth and peace according to the great commission of the Good News” and takes care to point out he is not in any way affiliated with any political party.

He describes Novakeo.com as follows: “Shocking, controversial content. We sugarcoat nothing here; we have no paymasters to answer too. Our writers present their perspectives, challenge your sacred cows, and slay the demons that are determined to enslave your circumstance and steal your future. Content provide insights and viewpoints on the most pressing issues of our times. Our articles ask the pertinent questions, and start controversies.

Our writers are wholly independent individuals, and thus are free to report on current and historical events unfettered by the bonds of any agenda which might seek to obfuscate or withhold certain pertinent elements of the news. We publish investigative pieces that expose and debunk the left and the right. Novakeo.com presents a politically incorrect in-depth analysis of the realpolitik that influences society and the individual.”

Concepts and themes

A familiar anti-state and anti-war theme recurs quite regularly in Novakeo's writing, mostly derived from paleoconservative ideological roots and a Christian heritage. He is inflexible in his beliefs that aggressive war is immoral, and self-destructive, that a small influential group of neoconservatives in both major American political parties has been responsible for "illegal wars" repeatedly, and that special interest groups have hijacked the political establishment. He believes that both political parties in the United States effectively represent a functioning plutocracy that always behaves for the interests of the few in the position of power at the expense of the many.

Quite a few articles are religious in nature, as a Christian, Novakeo has written extensively about the Religious Right in America and his perception that the Religious Right has betrayed the ‘faith’ by aligning itself with perverse political forces – mainly the Republican Party - which he regards as un-godly.

Notable quotes

• War - the definitive expression of human immaturity and failure.

• Waging international war was and is for the elites, always about accumulating more power for themselves, independent of the people, than it was ever about humanitarian compassion or self-defense.

• Evil feeds on evil, that is how it grows and spreads its venomous excrement throughout humanity.

• You are to keep silent and understand that your leaders know much better than you do.

• The neoconservatives work to increase the power of the State by subverting constitutional restraints with restrictive illegitimate laws and with aggressive expansionism abroad while spinning an alternate view for the masses that it is all for their benefit and security.

• Talking to a transformed liberal that now erroneously defines himself as a mainstream conservative is kind of like being between a rock and a hard place. What is one to do, chip away at the rock or piss on the hard place?

• Behind the eyes of a neocon in the position of power is a cold calculating murderer, a new barbarian, and what makes the neocon so effective is that they disguise themselves brilliantly as pious Romans. They project an image of normality, rational thinking individuals who have successfully convinced the masses that their idealism and intellectual mendacity is the true righteous path for national salvation and virtue.

• You watch and smile while your plutocracy hires and fires dictators and despots then gladly yield to their demand that you go and sacrifice yourselves to destroy the latest malcontent that has refused to tow the line.

• Neoconservatives, also known as Straussians, labor to dominate the wealth of the world through coercion and by violent invasions. It's the strong dominating the weak, the Darwinian evolutionary concept of the big bully where open warfare is regarded as a natural evolutionary process so that the superior (good) is separated from the chaff (evil), to tear down the decrepit old for a new greater sophisticated society.

• Neoconservatives are megalomaniacs, and one manifestation of their megalomania is armed conflict, and like their National Socialist predecessors they will manufacture threats against other evil entities so that their aggressive policy of pre-emption can be implemented and dominate.
