Nu:Tone is a drum and bass artist who's real name is Dan Gresham. The musical style is generally Drum and Bass, but has much more incommon with Intelligent Drum and Bass.
Background
Dan began musical interest at the age of 8, learning the piano (piano samples can be found on his records, which are most probably his own work). He later went to Cambridge when he was 9, and joined the Jesus College Choir. Fast forward a few years into his life, and Dan had moved onto Durham University, specifically studying music.While at university, he began to secure airings of his work on the university radio station with John B. They also started a clubnight, 'Substance.' Later, Dan helped John engineer studio sessions. This eventually led to the release of Grand Central/The Boss - his debut LP.
