Wylie: Nub Chen Sangye Yeshe (9th cen.) was one of the 25 students of Guru Padmasambhava (see also: Nyingma).

Nub Chen Sangye Yeshe is considered an important person for development of so called "white sangha" of lay yogis (ngagpas).

He has written mun pa’i go cha, a big commentary on dgongs pa ’dus pa’i mdo, the central tantra of the Anuyoga tradition.
