Nyack College is a small, private, liberal arts Christian (evangelical) college located in Nyack, Rockland County, New York.

The college was founded as the Missionary Training Institute in New York City in 1882 by the Reverend Albert B. Simpson, a noted 19th century Christian evangelist and founder of the Christian and Missionary Alliance.

Nyack offers undergradate degree programs in education, accounting, business, computer science, Biblical studies, music, and numerous other fields in its school of arts and sciences. Nyack launched an MBA program in 2002 and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) was launched in 2005.

The College structure is based on a "University-Model" and is broken down into six individual "schools": The School of Business, Computer Science, and Communications; The School of Education; The School of Music; The College of Arts and Sciences; The School of Adult & Continuing Education; and the Alliance Theological Seminary.

The school also is the home to the Alliance Theological Seminary, one of the seminaries of the Christian and Missionary Alliance denomination.

The school's sports teams are called the Warriors. The teams participate in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference of the NCAA's Division II.

Nyack first received school accreditation in 1962 from Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.[link]
