A multi-division property development company founded in 1969 by Managing Director Owen O'Callaghan, a former Quantity Surveyor from Ovens, Co. Cork.
The company is headquartered at its premises in Cork city centre at 21 Lavitts Quay.
O'Callaghan Properties have been responsible for some of Cork and Ireland's most noteworthy developments, including Mahon Point, Cork; Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, Dublin; Merchant's Quay Shopping Centre, Cork and the redevelopment of the Jurys Doyle Hotel along the Western Road in Cork.
Currently, the company is engaged in almost €2billion worth of development activity in Ireland & the UK. Among its most prestigious projects is currently in planning for Academy Street in Cork city centre - the scheme is a mixed development of retail and residential currently titled the Saint Patrick's Street Development. O'Callaghan Properties are also seeking to develop an office building at Anderson's Quay in Cork.
