Omar Portee, also known as
O.G. Mack, was born in
Los Angeles and was involved in the Miller Gangster Bloods in South Central before moving to
New York City. Portee and fellow inmate Leonard Mackenzie (Deadeye) established the
United Blood Nation while incarcerated on Riker's Island in
1993. The first set was Nine Trey Gangsters and next was One Eight Trey Gangsters and later more sets were established in NYC. He was convicted of ten various counts of criminal activity on
April 28,
2002 and sentenced 50 years to
jail.

Riker's Island.
