Comeaux is also home to many great programs such as Speech Squad, Step Team, Cheerleading team, Beta Club, Fish Camp, NHS, and a great musical program. CCC which stands for Campus Christian Club is a great program. Comeaux High School is also home to one of the state's highest-quality band programs, known as the Spectacular Band from Spartanland.
