OOV (Dutch abbreviation) : "Openbare Orde en Veiligheid" Translation: "Public Order and Safety" (or "Security")

This abbreviation (or TLA) refers to the combination of the Police force(s), Fire department(s) and various (para)medical services (such as ambulance and SAR (Search and Rescue) services) that provide their services for the public order and safety.

It can also refer to the professional StarCraft player IloveOOv.
