There have been three sports franchises based in Oakland known as the Oakland Oaks:

1. The Oakland Oaks were a minor league baseball team that played in the Pacific Coast League from 1903-1955.

2. The Oakland Oaks were a professional basketball team that played in the American Basketball League during the 1962-1963 season (the team and league disbanded December 31, 1962).

3. The Oakland Oaks were a professional basketball team that played in the American Basketball Association during the 1967-1968 and 1968-1969 seasons.
