Obu Toramasa

(1504-1565), first serving under Takeda Nobutora, then he served under his son, Takeda Shingen. ŌEven acting as a tutor to the son of Shingen, Takeda Yoshinobu. Toramasa is the brother of Yamagata Masakage.

It is known that he held off over 8,000 troops under Uesugi Kenshin, when he himself only had 800. Even though he had some renown, sadly he was caught in some type of plot with Yoshinobu, and he was forced to commit suicide. It is known that Toramasa always dressed his warriors in red. Which was also used by many other warriors such as Ii Naomasa.
