Ochi (越智郡; -gun) is a district located in Ehime, Japan.

As of 2005 (following the January 15, 2005 merger), the district has an estimated population of 8,419 and a density of 277 persons per km². The total area is 30.35 km².

Mergers effective October 1, 2004 and January 16, 2004 dramatically changed the district. Prior to these mergers the district contained 15 towns and villages.
