The Office of Rail Regulation (ORR) is the UK government's agency for regulation of the country's railway network. It was established on July 5, 2004 by the Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003, replacing the Office of the Rail Regulator.

The ORR is managed by a board, which is appointed by the Secretary of State for Transport. The board's current chairman is Chris Bolt. The ORR employs approximately 320 people, with its headquarters located in Covent Garden, London.
