Offshore foundation

An offshore foundation is simply a conventional foundation that is formed under the laws of an offshore jurisdiction, such as Liechtenstein or Panama. Like conventional foundations they are a tax-free entity, just with less "red tape" and reporting requirements. Foundations are mainly used for altruistic or estate planning purposes.

- Panama Private Interest Foundation
- Panama Charitable Foundation
