Ogami Itto

Ogami Ittō (拝 一刀 Ogami Ittō) is the lead character in the Lone Wolf and Cub series by Kazuo Koike and Goseki Kojima, portrayed in a six-part film saga by Tomisaburo Wakayama.
Actors who have played Ittō on television include Kinnosuke Yorozuya Nakamura in the 1970s and 80s and more recently in a series broadcast from 2002 to 2004 Kinya Kitaoji.
