Ohope Beach

Ohope Beach is a beach in the Bay of Plenty, on the East Coast of the North Island of New Zealand, six kilometres east of Whakatane. It is a popular holiday destination during the New Zealand summer, and features several kilometres of safe swimming areas. The western end of the beach is a popular surfing area. Holiday accommodation ranges from resort style motels, to bed and breakfasts.
