Okabe Masatsuna

Okabe Masatsuna (1542-1583) was a retainer of the japanese clan of Imagawa and later on the Takeda during the Sengoku Period of the 16th century. Masatsuna was the son of Okabe Hisatsuna. Masatsuna was first a servant under Imagawa Ujizane but joined the Takeda around the year of 1569 due to its major downfall. Masatsuna followed in many campaigns under the Takeda such as the Battle of Mikatagahara of 1573, and the Battle of Takatenjin in 1574. However, falling the fall of the Takeda during the year of 1582, Masatsuna became a ronin. Not long afterwards Masatsuna then joined under the Tokugawa, but ended up dieing a year later.
