Memphis Pharaohs (1995-1996)
The Memphis Pharaohs, who had played at the Pyramid Arena in Memphis in 1995 and 1996, relocated to Portland, Oregon after a winless (0-14) 1996 campaign.Portland Forest Dragons (1997-1999)
After three seasons in Portland (1997-1999), the luckless franchise relocated again, this time to Oklahoma City.Oklahoma Wranglers (2000-2001)
