Okot Odhiambo

Okot Odhiambo is a senior leader of the Lord's Resistance Army rebel group founded in northern Uganda in 1987. He is also referred to as Two-Victor, his radio call sign. Previously Brigade Commander of two of the four LRA brigades, Trinkle and Stockree, he is currently one of three Deputy Army Commanders. As such he is a member of the "Control Altar" of the LRA that direct military strategy, including attacks and brutality aimed at civilians. Odhiambo was one of five LRA leaders for whom the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued their first ever warrants in June 2005 and is charged with multiple counts of crimes against humanity and war crimes.
