Clifford Okoh Iwelunmor was born in Agbor Delta State Nigeria in 1915. He is the oldest man alive in Agbor Alidinma therefore the OKPARA title, which was bestowed upon him in 2001. He is a former World War II veteran and married to Ejime of Agbor-Alishime. They have 10 children and many grand children and great grand children.
