Oktobriana is a common transliteration from the Cyrillic alphabet of the name of a heroine of Russian underground comics of the 1970s. Though she has long fair hair, her features are given as more (non-specific) Oriental than Slavic, and she has a large red star on her forehead, extending from her brows to her hairline. It's stated that her stories are pornographic, but they aren't commercially so.
