Old Spitalfields Market is a covered market in Spitalfields, just outside the City of London.

The wholesale fruit and vegetable market which was originally located here moved to New Spitalfields Market in 1991.

Part of the old market has been redeveloped and a significant part re-used as a popular food and general market which has been at the center of a revival in the area. In the late 20th century there was a dispute between the Corporation of London and the Spitalfields residents about redevelopment of the western end of the Market. This was eventually resolved and now a large modern office building dominates the west end of the market. The east end of the Market has protected Horner buildings.

On the other side of Commercial Street is Christ Church, Spitalfields, a large Nicholas Hawksmoor church.
