Olga Finkel is the managing partner of WH Law in Malta. Dr. Finkel specialises on Electronic Commerce law, including remote gaming, data protection, and ICT law in general, as well as intellectual property and commercial law. Olga is a regular speaker at various conferences worldwide on remote gaming and various aspects of cyberlaw.

Prior to setting up WH Law, Dr. Finkel was head of the Gaming and ICT practice at Gatt Frendo Tufigno Advocates. Dr. Finkel has conducted a number of studies and consultancies commissioned by Maltese public authorities, the Commonwealth and the European Commission in the field of e- and m-commerce, e-signatures and telecoms. She is a member of the International Masters of Gaming Law, the Society for Computers and Law and International Technology Law Association. Dr. Finkel also lectures on legal aspects of e-business as part of the MBA programme at the University of Grenoble.
