Olicer J. Munoz (Born March 19, 1980) is a native of Orange County, Ca, Olicer received a Masters in Directing at AFI. He has directed and produced award winning films that are close to his heart. Currently, he is developing a feature and promoting his AFI thesis Eliot & the Universal Constant. Olicer is known as a very pro-latino/Hispanic director. Olicer currently has several movies in pre-production talks. Olicer's father is a pediatrician, he has 3 younger siblings.
