As President and CEO of Nikitova LLC, Olya Nikitova is responsible for the management of Nikitova LLC and branch Eastern European offices operations. This includes overseeing strategy, research and development for all Nikitova LLC products. In addition to operational and strategic activities, Olya also co-manages the financial, marketing, human resources and legal business side of Nikitova LLC, and has accomplished the idea of creation of Game Development School based on one of Nikitova’s studio.

She is very conscious of the realities of the game called “business”, and her mere presence guarantees that the company is always “in the black”.

Olya earned her first Master degree in Foreign Languages and Communications in the Ukraine in 1991, at which point she realized that she was really cut out for business. Without hesitation, Olya moved to the US, worked for several computer-related businesses and soon graduated with a Master of Accounting and Finance degree from Fordham University in New York. During her last 10 years in the US she has worked in top executive positions, led a financial division of an International Fortune 1000 company and worked as the CFO of a financial services dot-com start-up.

Ready to fly on her own, she created Nikitova LLC with a team of committed partners. “I always liked games and sci-fi. I just could not find the right games – the right ones for me. Now I am playing one, and I am truly happy.”
