Onagrocracy

Onagrocracy ia a term invented by the Italian liberal philosopher Benedetto Croce to describe the style of rule by the Italian fascist movement and its leader Benito Mussolini's type of government. It is a disdainful term for misgovernment, or "government by braying asses" a late and satirical addition to Aristotle's famous three: tyranny, oligarchy, and democracy.
