One NorthEast (ONE) is the Regional Development Agency (RDA) covering the North East region of England, comprising Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, County Durham and Tees Valley. This website promotes the work of the Agency and the vision for a vibrant, self reliant, ambitious and outward looking North East of England together with the benefits of living, working and doing business in the region.

ONE is also a dog food brand by Ralston Purina Company. ONE is also the name of the American version of the Make Poverty History campaign.''

ONE is a trademark of Nestlé Purina PetCare for a line of pet food products (acronym for the "optimum nutritional effectiveness" they are claimed to possess).
