Onion powder is a spice used in cooking. It is made from finely ground dehydrated onions, mainly the pungent varieties of bulb onions. Onion powder has a very strong smell. It also is a great seasoner.
Onion powder comes in two varieties:
- White onion powder
- Toasted onion powder
