The Ontario Knife Company, or "OKC", is an American manufacturer of knives and other edged tools.

The company takes its name from Ontario County, New York (not, as a common misconception holds, the town of Ontario, New York); OKC was founded in 1889 in Naples, New York, which is in Ontario County. Today, however, all of their products are made in Franklinville, New York, in Cattaraugus County.

OKC is a major contractor for the U.S. military, most recently as a supplier of bayonets to the Marine Corps. Their product line includes fighting knives, pocket knives, machetes, swords, kitchen cutlery (the company's original product), and spatulas.
