Oodle is a local classifieds search engine. The company was founded in 2005 by Craig Donato, Scott Kister and Faith Sedlin in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since its launch in April 2005, Oodle has expanded to 152 metro areas, from Albany, New York to Youngstown, Ohio, as well as 197 college communities, and continues to expand across the country. Oodle has also recently launched in the United Kingdom. The classifieds categories that Oodle lists on its site are Cars and Vehicles, Real Estate, For Rent, Jobs, Merchandise, Tickets and Events, Pets, and Services. However, Oodle also offers opportunities to donate goods and volunteer locally.
