Encyclopedia : O : OP : OPE : OpenDWG
The OpenDWG file format is a commercial project of The Open Design Alliance to make a fully interchangeable version of the Autodesk DWG Computer Aided Design (CAD) file format to make CAD drawings more accessible and increase competition in the market for CAD software. A number of leading commercial CAD products now make use of the OpenDWG libraries to open and save files in DWG.
