Orchalgia

Orchalgia is chronic pain of the testicles or scrotum that typically lasts for more than three months. Orchalgia may be caused by injury, surgery, cancer or testicular torsion. About one out of every 1,000 vasectomy patients are afflicted with orchalgia.
