[] at NFL.com Orlando Brown is an offensive tackle who currently plays for the Baltimore Ravens, and previously played for the Cleveland Browns. He attended South Carolina State University. He is famous for being hit in the eye with a penalty flag then striking the referee. He also is thought to have lost the 2003 wild card game for the Baltimore Ravens with a personal foul that allowed the Titans to be in field goal range with under 30 seconds on the clock and the game tied, The field goal was made from 46 yards out, sending the Ravens home early.
