Mt. Ossa (today Kissavos, Greek Κίσσαβος) is a mountain (1978 metres altitude) in the district of Larissa in Thessaly, between Pelion and Olympus, from which it is separated by the valley of Tempe. In Greek mythology The Giants are said to have attempted to pile Pelion upon it during the Gigantomachy, in their attempt to scale Olympus.

The names "Ossa", "Tempe" and "Pelion" may also be found as names of neighbouring farms in the Witteberg mountains of the Eastern Cape, South Africa.
